I can be with you through the early weeks — a few nights a week or every night — helping your baby settle into healthy sleep rhythms while you recover and find your footing. Every family is different, so we'll shape a plan together.

For more than 15 years, caring for newborns and infants has been my profession and my heart. I know those early weeks can feel like a blur of feedings, tiny socks, and too little sleep — and I know how much it matters to hand your baby to someone you truly trust.
I bring a calm, steady presence into your home. I follow your routines, keep careful notes, and treat your baby like they're the only one in the world — because while I'm with them, they are. I'm not an agency sending whoever is free; I'm one person, fully invested in your family. My goal is simple: you rest, baby thrives, and mornings feel brighter.
